Where and When do we ship?We Ship WORLDWIDE.
Only Ship to address which approved by PayPal .
By First Class International Airmail which is offered by Hongkong Post.
Orders leave within 2 business days.
If there is any unexpected changes or delay, we will notify you via e-mail.
Shipment takes 6-20 days.
* This table is created by our own estimation of EC ship service which is offered by Hong Kong Post.
* Shipping time is deffered by factors of location and weather.
* Items can be shipped via DHL, Fedex and UPS for fullfilling your special offer. Please contact us if you are in need of it.
How can I return?
14-days Standard Return Policy
Procedures:
Decide to return corresponding item (e.g. Damaged by delivery)
Take photos of the damge
Send a email to us for notification.
Customer service team will provide a return address and return authorization number.
Return the product with original package and must be new and unused condition.
When it has been return and inspected, your return will be processed and completed.
Buyer responsible for the shipping cost from buyer to warehouse.
Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
Notification of returning items have to be sent within 14 days after arrival
Once the returned item has been inspected, replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
Change/Cancel an Order
Once you have clicked "Submit Order," we begin processing your order immediately and you cannot cancel or change your order. We make every effort to fill orders as quickly as possible.
